    1. Online Consultation
      If you have any question about household registry, you are welcome to visit our website and you will be served by our specialists.
    2. Write an e-mail
      Please send an email to the following email address：linya@kcg.gov.tw. If it is possible, please leave your phone number.  After we receive a message, we will either reply your message or give you a phone call.
    3. Having Appointment with the Director
      The director will serve you personally every Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00 . Citizens can make  appointments at our reception desk.
